Getting rid of unused filters

Getting rid of unused filters

Getting rid of unused filters

(OP)
Hey....

I was told I could reduce the size of my Autocad drawings by getting rid of all the useless filters that were making my drawing files anywhere from 2 to 10 times bigger than they needed to be. By going into the Layer Properties Manager window I get the list of filters which, outside of 3 or 4, are all useless. I can delete these filters individually but it takes about 20-40 minutes to do. I was wondering if there is an easier way to get rid of these filters.

Thanks in advance....

This lisp routine seems to work fine on my machine...running AutoCad 2000, but can't seem to get it to work on another machine running AutoCad 2002???

Is the ACAD2k2 install a FULL install?
