I need help about NACE MR0175-2003.
Section 5:Fabrication § 5.3.3 Austenitic stainless steel....

Is it necessary to have welding procedures with hardness results to demonstrate that hardness in HAZ and weld are according to hardness requirements for base metal?I don't understand what i have to do. For carbon steels it is clearly explain!

Yes It is required. Refer to Clause 5.3.1 and 5.3.3 of NACE MR 0175 and Clause 4 (This deals with CRA, Corrosion Resistant alloys)

Interestingly (though you may not be interested) when looking at UNS N06625 inconnel weld cladding (625 inconel overlay welded onto carbon / alloy steel) the hardness of the HAZ  is limited to that which applies for the base material but the 625 inconel weld metal has no hardness limit...
