123 kV Capacitor bank connection

123 kV Capacitor bank connection

(OP)
Hello everybody!
I am trying to simulate drainage of the capacitor bank over the primary of a voltage transformer in EMTP. I have a good model of the voltage transformer, but I am not sure which connection of the capacitor bank to use: wye or delta.
Please, tell me what is the practise for transmission networks, i.e. 123 kV system, to use wye connection (my presumption becuse it is easier to insulate capacitor only for phase voltage) or delta connection or both?
Is delta connected capacitor bank used for voltage over 110 kV, or only in distribution networks?

Thanks!

RE: 123 kV Capacitor bank connection

All transmission banks on our network are connected double star.

Only delta connections I have seen are at LV.
