(OP)
Dear All,
In our plant, we have some application using closed loop hydrostatic transmission.

For some reason we would like to change the system to be open loop circuit, but the closed loop system still can be used.

does anyone know the equipment which is suitable for application above ?

Best regards,
RK

RE: Closed Loop to Open Loop Hydrostatic Transmission

It may be possible to tap into the pump for operating other functions. A diverter valve can be plumbed into one of the pressure hoses and connected to a valve bank. A pressure relief should be installed before the diverter valve and in the other line to protect from over pressurizing the pump. The pump can only be allowed to pump oil one direction, to the diverter valve, and the motor cannot be operated when the diverter is actuated.
