RE: need some help

Sorry I am late answering.  I just joined the group.  Your topic is so vast that it cannot be addressed in any series of web sites - other than in the most cursory fashion.  The field covers a myriad sustainable strategies, ranging from lighting, insulation (not as crucial in large buildings with larger internal heat gains), haphazard air leakage control, mechanical ventilation and air quality, photovoltaics, wind-power, insolation control (either to keep the sun out or to invite it in, depending on whether your building is in a heating or cooling climate), low lifetime embodied energy, solar  hot water heating, water resource control, waste disposal, and on, and on....

Is there any particular area that you are interested in?  Perhaps narrowing it all down will be a good start.

Sustainable, Solar, Environmental, and Structural Engineering - Solutions world-wide.

As mentioned, this is a really broad subject.  The above link has lots of information to get you going in the right direction.
