What is the AC capacity needed for this ?

(OP)
I intend to aircondition my office (15 ft x 12 ft x 10 ft) with a split type AC. The ambient temperature is about 40 to 45 deg C. The office has a north facing, single glazed window 6 ft x 4 ft and two wooden doors 7 ft x 3 ft. The walls are 9 inch thick brickwork and both the flooring and ceiling are concreted.

What will the tonnage capacity of a split ac for this office ? Any thumb rules Like so much tonnage reqd per CFT ?

Thx in advance for your responses.

Go to the above link and scoll down to get the Tonnage Calculatorbelow the split A/C pic.

Just take care of the condenser (i.e outside unit). Now a days, to reduce cost, manufacturers are going for reduction in no. of coil rows. (Hitachi is still good with 4 row coil)
You have to be very particular, for your ambient temperatures are quite high at 450C, otherwise frequent coil damage due to high pressures may be a problem.
