Controling Configurations

Controling Configurations

Controling Configurations

(OP)
We use a number of models (mainly assemblies) that have multiple configurations. I find it really time consuming changing the property (in the part, in the design tree) to "this configuration". Is there any way this can be done on creation of the configuration? Any ideas would be much appricated.

RE: Controling Configurations

Using Design Tables is perfect for this situation. All properties, sizes, part states, etc can be set at the time of the configuration creation.

RE: Controling Configurations

I second CorBlimeyLimey's suggestion.  Design tables are the only way to achieve multiple configurations that are Bi-Directional.  An extemely powerful assembly tool.
