FM200 Bottles Safe in Manned Control Room?

FM200 Bottles Safe in Manned Control Room?

FM200 Bottles Safe in Manned Control Room?

(OP)
We are installing an FM200 system. A customer's engineer raised a concern about having the FM200 bottles in the manned control room. He said he read somewhere that FM200 bottles should not be located in manned control rooms.

We can't easily relocate except outdoors which I think is a bad choice. There is no concern about the FM200 gas - the question is about risk that the bottles might explode e.g. due to mechanical failure and this would obviously be different to the gradual release through the discharge pipes.

Any suggestions welcome.
