Try Tools / Display Order / Send to Back

IRFs is on track!!!

RE: How to display objects on top of a raster Image...

I find when using rasters a better option is to use the transperancy command -
Modify - Object - Image - Transparency - select image frame and then select on or off.

Makes regens a lot eaiser also.

RE: How to display objects on top of a raster Image...

transparency works if you have transparent pixels in your image.  transparency command did not work w/ my jpeg images.

RE: How to display objects on top of a raster Image...

I tend to keep the display order tool bar on the screen. It becomes a pain, but I haven't found a way to keep the image permanently in the background.

RE: How to display objects on top of a raster Image...

display order doesn't always work, you can mess with

send to back
send in front ...

but, to be sure

1. place "image" as the first oject in you drawing
    (if you can)

2. copy all except "image", then erase previous, this will
always have "image" "under" all Acad objects.

hope this helps

i'm sure you use tframes.  just make sure your frames are turned on and then use the above or under option from the draworder command.

Absolute zero has nothing on me!!

Is there a way to get rid of the frames when you insert a Raster image?
