maintenance checklist

(OP)
can anyone help me in finding out maintenance chcklists for HT panel, MCCs, Transgormers, DG sets, Pump-motor sets etc.
i want to prepare maintenance checklist like

HT panel--> parts to be checked---> remedial action required

RE: maintenance checklist

Section 7 of www.netaworld.org/Category.cfm?CategoryID=26 is very good information, but applying resolution to problems found is not so easy—that's what experience provides.

RE: maintenance checklist

Hi psozot
You will find all the service checklists and remedial actions in the manufacturers manuals. This is a quick way to start your scheme, these manuals will also advise you on fequency of inspection.

RE: maintenance checklist

Try NFPA 70B, "Recommended Practice for Electrical Equipment Maintenance"

RE: maintenance checklist

Suggestion: If the maintenance check list it meant to be for larger facility, e.g. Nuclear Power Plant, larger manufacturing plant, etc., the industry standards, e.g. NETA, will be somewhat customized (beefed up).
