(OP)
I'm looking for info on the wear characteristics of cast IN 100 on cast IN 100 at elevated temperatures, from 500°F to 1900°F.  I'm hoping I won't have to apply a wear coating for a test that lasts under 500 hrs over the specified temperature ranges with low stresses, under 10,000 psi.

RE: IN 100 on IN 100 wear characteristics

Contact your supplier of material. They may have done some basic friction and wear tests.

Alternativelky, you should consult published information on similar materials.

I think it is hard to find wear data for special materials, particularly for elevated temperature conditions.
