The simple answer to your question is no, SWX does not include functionality like that of ProE's BMX, at least not directly.
There may be some third party programs that can do this..
OR
SWX does include a very easy and powerful Visual Basic API. This can be used to create macros or add-ins to accomplish some of the same stuff that BMX can do.
