Creating angle planes
Creating angle planes
(OP)
Thus far I have created a stool/chair base using a 1' diameter circlular sketch with a 20" revolve for 360 degrees. Next I have a 2" pipe standing 12" high and perpendicular inside the revolved ring. How can I create an angled plane so that I can join the base ring and the top of the vertical pipe with a straight pipe. I've created a temporary extrusion so that I could make the plane then made the pipe, but when I removed the temporary extrusion I lost the plane also. Any help appreciated.

RE: Creating angle planes
You might have to create a number of planes and Axis to get to where you want. But don't think that everything has to be a feature. Construction Geometry is what most 3D CAD packages are about.
