I need plotting software to register (x,y) coordinates to spread sheet

Here is the image I am trying to get (x,y) cordinates on. It is actually a (x,y,z) plot though. The "z" would be the shaded contour map minus the isopach on top of it.

I am looking for software that I would simply load this image into it and simply click on each white dot to get its coordinates. Right now I am doing it manually in MS paint and logging the data by hand. It is long and tedious work. If anyone has any ideas how to make this less painful I am all ears.

Have you looked at excel in your computer? 3D graph with continuous plotting in two planes and slabs in the third.

Engineering is the art of not constructing...of doing that well with one dollar what any bungler can do well with two after a fashion.

Find someone with a digitzer (most drafting, engineering or construction firms) Most have software that will allow you to snap on the points and gat an ascii or excel table

I found out the program I used to make this drawing has a awesome digitizer in it. I am a geology/geochemistry major.

Thanks guys.
