Multi path CT scan for imaging neck with stainless bolt in it

Multi path CT scan for imaging neck with stainless bolt in it

(OP)
My son had a spinal cord injury to his neck and when they fused the neckbones they put in a stainless steel U Bolt which blocks use of MRI. We suspect a cyst in the neck is putting pressure on the spinal cord. Any ideas what to use to look for it. Multipath CT scan has been suggested together with some injectable agent. Would high definition ultra sound work. Where can we find places to get this done. Prefer S. California but can travel.
