Measure Points back to a Coordinate System

Measure Points back to a Coordinate System

Measure Points back to a Coordinate System

(OP)
I have an array of points created in different ways not related to a coordinate system, but I want to take the array of points and measure their position relative to a coordinate system.

The only way I know of measuring a point back to a coordinate system is to use the measure tool but the problem is I have to do it one at a time and that will take me all day.

Does anyone know how to measure the relative position of more than one point or an entire array of points back to a coordinate system?

Thanks.

RE: Measure Points back to a Coordinate System

Reconbomber,

While not truly an automated way, you may want to create a Mapkey or a UDF to help speed the feature creation along. The Mapkey route may be the way to go if you want to have the results put into a text file.
