reading S5 PLC via ethernet (H1 bus)

(OP)
I have an S5 PLC with CP1431 on ethernet (H1 bus). Now I need to read the data (several datablocks) from this PLC to other PLC (S5 or S7 - I can choose).

Normally, I must configure an ethernet connection (for example, ISO Transport) and download new configuration into both partners.

Can I somehow avoid preparing and downloading new connection into S5 PLC that is being read? When I use my prommer, I am able to read values in datablocks (and do a lot more), despite S5 has no configured connection with prommer. Can I do "the same", but with the help of another PLC?
