I have several obsolete stepper motor control chips and am looking for data sheets. Does anyone have data sheets for a Sanken SI-7300 motor control chip or a Sanken STR-2005 regulator chip? I recovered them from several Panasonic typewritters and hate to just dump them. the Sanken Electrical site hasn't been very helpful.

Do not design with obsolete part -- whatever you save,
you will lose later...

I know the problem of designing with an obsolete part. I just hate to dump the opportunity of reusing these chips. The project I have in mind is a small CNC machine for making prototype cicuit boards. I really hate to dump these chips.

Thanks
