Assembly drawings with instances

Assembly drawings with instances

(OP)
Is there a clean way to create assembly drawings with repeat regions, when the assemblies have instances with different componants? Just to be clear, both the assemblies and componants have instances.

RE: Assembly drawings with instances

The simple answer is yes. Can you be more specific to give me an idea of what you would like to achieve.

I suspect that you may be attempting the 2d repeat region to cover all assys and part instances. This doesn't really work. You will probably need to spend a fair bit of time creating a lot of simple repeat regions and filtering them. It's a bity of a pain in the butt, it does work though.

If you want to elaborate I will try to help you.
