hi;

How do you bring up the autostack dialog box? I want to remove the autostack default from my mtext, but not dimension styles.
thanks,
sundemon

RE: autostack dialog box

In the mtext dialog box, select the fraction and right click.  If it is not already stacked, select the stack option.  Then, when it is stacked, you can select it and right click and select properties.  Then there is a button for "Autostack"

However, even after all this, I'm not so sure you can achieve what you are tying to do, because even the dimension just uses mtext.  So I bieleve it is all or nothing.  I could be wrong though!

thanks,
that did it. BTW, this didn't have an effect on the stackingh in the dimension style.

RE: autostack dialog box

The fraction stacking option for dimensions is in the DDIM dialog box on the Primary Units tab under Fraction Units.

The fraction stacking option for MTEXT is as described above.
