Does anyone know where to find a spreadsheet or computer program for membrane water treatment plant cost estimating?

I contacted some companies but the only have design programs which do performs economics analysis (cost estimates, desigh alternatives, present worth, etc.)

Any with membrane water treatment economics can help?

RE: WTP Cost Estimate

Have you looked at WT Cost?

"The US Bureau of Reclamation and I. Moch & Associates, sponsored by the American Membrane Technology Association, have developed a CD-ROM for estimating plant membrane treatment costs. The disk, WTCost©, was designed for use by end-users, consultants, managers, and engineers, and it permits the evaluation and comparison of water treatment processes that employ reverse osmosis/nanofiltration, electrodialysis, microfiltration/ultrafiltration, and ion exchange. The program is supplier-neutral.
WTCost uses flexible cost indexes and adjustable inputs and includes cost equations for estimating different pre- and posttreatment unit operations such as media filtration; coagulation and flocculation with powdered activated carbon, alum, ferric chloride, ferrous sulfate, or polyelectrolyte; disinfection by chlorine, monochloramine, ozone, and ultraviolet light; lime/soda softening; electrical operations including energy recovery; and chemical consumptions and intake and outfall infrastructures. A number of water compositions are suggested for those who do not have actual ion concentrations. Labor and supervision, membrane replacements, amortization rates, and tanks, piping, and instrumentation are also included, which permits calculation of plant capital requirements and operating and maintenance costs. A manual accompanies the disk.
For more information, contact Irving Moch Jr. at I. Moch & Associates Inc., 1812 Marsh Rd., Ste. 6, PMB 161, Wilmington, DE 19810; (302) 477-0420; fax (302) 477-0242; e-mail imoch@aol.com."

RE: WTP Cost Estimate

I need an estimates for a 60,000 gallon lined steel and concrete water storage tank.  This would be to replace an existing tank on an accessable wooded ridge in western Oregon
