Production Relocation high-density bipolar process

Production Relocation high-density bipolar process

Production Relocation high-density bipolar process

(OP)
Manufacturing Plant of Philips (TEA1095T/C1) in France was destroyed by fire last december. I am searching a semi-fab using an old high-density bipolar process. Philips will deliver all production data and mask for takeover of production.
Most fabs are producing CMOS only. Perhaps in military area the process is still running.
Rochester does not like, bipolar-process at Semifab in Scottland does not fit exactly.

Can anybody help?
Thanks, frash.
