Drawings with design table...

(OP)
Hello !

I have a part with 10 parameters and many consigurations in a design parameter table.

I would like to do a drawing for each configuration but with the same views and cotes in each drawings.

I have a probleme to do this because when I active a new confuguration I have to update all the drawings and then, they all become the same...

Could you help me please ?

THANKS

RE: Drawings with design table...

You don't have to update all the views when you change configurations. After you finish a view lock it.

RE: Drawings with design table...

Hi sebastienmenot

When you have created a view in the drawing workbench of your particular configuration, try right clicking on the view and look for "isolate".  This will drop the link between the CATPart and CATDrawing.  But I don't think you can reconnect the drawing with the part - ever!

Regards

Jeff
