Hey visitor:

Your a bit vague with your request. However For a senior project I completed in spring of 2000 I used a simple circuit to provide 5000 V/V effective gain to transform an ultrasonic signal to digital input TTL. Email me if you would like me to dig up those schematics and send them to via an attachment.
