Hydroforming question

Hydroforming question

Hydroforming question

(OP)
I have a question for anyone who is experienced in hydroforming, please, no theorists, I need practical info.

What kind of fluid pressure would I need to hydroform the following part in a bladder-press:  5052-H32 alloy aluminum .080 sheet.  Finished part size 46 inches long by 15 inches wide by 3.25 depth of draw.  No irregular features except for a stiffening pocket on the major face approx 40 by 9 by .25 deep.  1 inch radius all corners.

Anybody who could shed some light, I would appreciate it.  I'm very new to hydroforming.
