Does anyone use the Radio Shack sound pressure meters for general noise surveys at their work sites?

Yes. We have used them for general surveys. They are OK but not top of the line if you need something defensible. For more accuracy, scaling, and logging use Quest, Scantek, or Larson-Davis.

Thanks, I have used the Quest units many times and have found them very reliable.
