Is it possible in Pro/E to have the actual shaded part on the drawing? I know I can have a general view in wireframe or Hidden Lines or No hidden but I couldn't get it shaded. I am running Wildfire.

RE: shaded part on the drawing

I have placed a picture (jpeg) file into drawings before.  But your question could be answered "No" (if I'm correct about this).  You can not actually place your solid model in your drawing, but the workaround would be to place a picture of your model in the drawing if you wanted to do that.

With pro2001 I click on "Insert" then "Object" and then "Create from File"

This works for me.
By-the-way, if I'm wrong and you actually CAN place the model in your drawings I'd like to know.

Highest regards,

Thanks for the tip. It works quite nice.
