leaf spring with eyes on both ends, shafts were inserted into eyes, one shaft can't move, the other one can move along one direction. add force in the middel. should i use cylinder coordinate, How?

what kind of study you are going to do?..
it is a 3D study: axisimetical? plane stress?... remenber that you boundary conditions depend of the way that you are going to model your study.

also try to do a "free body diagram" to see how are the forces and restriction iteraction..
