RE: Need advices to choose a book
"This publication includes the entire contents of SolidWorks® 3D mechanical design software online help documentation in an easy-to-navigate Adobe® Acrobat® PDF format, making it easier for you to find the technical information you need quickly. In addition, we offer convenient printing options for any customer who wishes to obtain a printed version of this document, which is approximately 1,000 pages long."
This can be found under Service>Support on the SW website.

RE: Need advices to choose a book
murugansubham suggested the following books in his post above:
1)"Inside SW" is by David Murray – a nice book
2)Engineering Design with SolidWorks 2001PLUS by Planchard
3)Assembly Modeling with SolidWorks 2001plus/2003 by Planchard
4) SolidWorks for AutoCAD Users by Greg Jankowski
I too have been learning SolidWorks and have newer versions of the first three books listed by murugansubham. All of my texts are '2003'. None of the three books met my expectation of a 'perfect tutorial' or reference.
Of the three books, I found the Murray text to be of the most use, but this book in of itself is not without flaws. The Murray book, combined with the online help will help you a lot.

Still no bidders for the book!!!!
