Shuttered sockets

Can anyone please tell me when the shuttered sockets are going to be mandatory in Europe?
I think the French-Belgian sockets already are, but I can find no information on the Shuko Sockets.

Any help on this subject is welcome

RE: Shuttered sockets

For schuko sockets you can refer to the website:

RE: Shuttered sockets

Hello mr. Uno

Thank you for your answer, but it's not what I mean.
There is a new rule coming for Shuko sockets that they have to have shutters on the inside.
What I need to know is when that's going to be mandatory so I can have our production work ahaed of this.
Also the shutters will be needed for TUV and KEMA aprovals.
So if anyone knows when this comes in effect, please let me know.
