Compact dry steam

Compact dry steam

Compact dry steam

(OP)
I'm interested in locating a manufacture who designs a dry steam system. The unit needs to be compact and mount in a automated system. It will require 6 Nozzels and the steam must reach a distance of 6 inches at a temperature of 200 degrees F on the application surface. Is this possible or is there a better way to perform this task.

I cannot afford a high pressure process if it will lead to saturation of the surface.

Purpose is to kill surface bacteria.

RE: Compact dry steam

Apart from dryness you should also require purity. Why can't you speak to the suppliers of Pure Steam (or Clean Steam) Generators?

BTW, you should use 250F steam(for 15 minutes) for killing bacteria. If you don't want the steam to condensate (that is if you use dry heat) the temperatures should go as high as 518F.

RE: Compact dry steam

Go to www.graham-mfg.com, and root around the site until you find their "clean steam generator" and see if that is what you are looking for.
