(OP)
Please advise me for which type of material and products ( plate, welded pipe, SMLS pipe, forged fitting, wrought fitting,...) HIC test is required in wet sour service process?

RE: material for wet sour service

API 5L X grade pipe made from plate (ERW & SAW) should be HIC tested in wet sour service.

Seamless pipe and air cooled/normalized non-enhanced strength grades of plate are typically not HIC tested.

RE: material for wet sour service

What is the application?

RE: material for wet sour service

I agree that more information is needed if you want a meaningful response from this forum, but I suggest you use the NACE website to search for information related to HIC. I plugged "HIC" into the search field and got lots of hits on the NACE site.  see http://search.nace.org/query.html?col=NACEStor&qc=NACEStor&qt=HIC
Also, are you only interested in HIC? Have you already considered the possibility of sulfide stress cracking?
