LIGHTGUARD INTERMITTANT TRIPPING

LIGHTGUARD INTERMITTANT TRIPPING

LIGHTGUARD INTERMITTANT TRIPPING

(OP)
We have a set of 500mm lenght light guards which trip out on 1 channel only, this happens only every so often. The beams are aligned correctly with a laser and there seems to be no obvious cabling faults. The pilz unit which it is wired back to has been swapped for a known working unit. Apart from swapping the light guards there is no other alternative answer to correcting the fault.
Does anyone know why only 1 channel should drop out.

RE: LIGHTGUARD INTERMITTANT TRIPPING

possibly because only 1 channel is faulty.
