One reference is the NETA 2003 Acceptance Testing Specs

www.netaworld.org/Category.cfm?CategoryID=25

Another is AS Gill’s Electrical Power Equipment Maintenance and Testing  ISBN: 08-247990-70

RE: Testing of 433V main power panels

Suggestion: Specifications for the project or installed hardware should not be ruled out. It may contain special tests that are not listed in 2003 NETA Acceptance Testing Specs. These NETA specs are for architects and architectural engineering firms. They are usually used very carefully since they refer to various industry standards.

There may also be specific requirements laid down by the regulators in your country.  I guess from the voltage you could be either Australian based or perhaps somewhere in South Africa?

RE: Testing of 433V main power panels

433 volt is the old UK standard for the secondary of a distribution transformer. Therefore I assume the panels has been supplied to IEC 60439 and this can used as a bsis for your type tests.
