Product (thinly sliced foam glued to a film backing about the size of a palm) stacked on each other and is loaded onto a pick and place robot for assembly.  Problem encountered with product sticking due to static charges when being picked.  Looking for a solution to this ..Advice needed to solve this problem.

RE: Elimination of static charges on stacked foam for easy peeling.

The static was probably generated in processing the foam prior to stacking and that would be the proper point to attack the static generation. The simplest solutions are inductive neutralizers that use the static voltage itself to ionize the air and neutralize the charge. Ion Cord is such a product. More expensive solutions are powered air ionizers with blowers.
