Hi,

I am seeking if there are any conversion problems when switching all releases (2.5 and higher) of Mathcad to the newest release of Matcad, but can't find any info, Where can I find this info? could sombody help me?

Yes, there are conversion problems.  Many of the older sheets will not work correctly with the newer numerical engine.  Mathcad has a backward compatibility mode, but it's touchy at best.

There are obsolete functions as well as functions that have been changed.

I don't know if there is a list, so you'd have to run the file and see if it's broken anywhere.  You might post this question on the Mathcad Collaboratory and someone might be able to give a more detailed answer:
