Quicksilver Data Management

Quicksilver Data Management

(OP)
Does anyone know of a way to move parts / drawings back a lifecycle in Quicksilver that will remove all history from the previous lifecycle, or to remove all lifecycle history from the file so Quicksilver thinks its a new file?

RE: Quicksilver Data Management

You should be able to open the original or previous versions of the file from the History folder. Then you can save this file as anything you want.
By the way, how are you feeling about you/your company's decision to use Quicksilver?
We find it to be a major PITA. Lately, we are seeing about a 15% chance that all of the property data fields are blank even though we have a paper print showing that they were there at one time.
I see that they haven't been shown on Solidworks partner list for some time.

Thank you,

We are also experiencing loss of data. It has got better with the latest issue V3.6 SP2.1 but remains a problem.

Rather annoying,

John,
Thanks for the comment on the latest version. I didn't think there was any reason to look for any further updates. I've got it downloading now!
