Small 00 screw threads
Small 00 screw threads
(OP)
Folks-
I'm using 00-90 screws in a design but I can't seem to find the right thread callout to put on the drawing for the internal threads that will be machined. One source said:
00-90 NS-2 (or, alternately, .047-90 NS-2).
Any input on this? Unbelievably, MACHINERY HANDBOOK 22nd edition didn't discuss this screw thread. Also, ASME B1.1 said nothing about it too.
Regards,
Tunalover
