Cutting Platic PP or PVC

Cutting Platic PP or PVC

(OP)
I need to cut holes into plastic, but I cannot have platic fragments sticking out. The product may be damaged by the fragments. I have tried cutting, hole punching, laser cutting, and sawdering. Aside from having molds made, is there a better way to do this?

Thanks,

trl

RE: Cutting Platic PP or PVC

Hello TRL1997,
I am not sure of the application or if you need a specific size hole.  But RainBird carries a hole coring tool to install saddle tee's into HDPE pipe. You can pick them up at local irrigation distributors.  This product will not leave any material shavings or pieces behind.
