Fatigue Analysis for vessels under vacuum conditions.

(OP)
I am looking for some guidance in the design of a blow case with cyclic loading conditions and external pressure. I think that ASME Sec VIII Div.2 - Appendix 5 does not provide much details on this. Can some one provide me some details on how to proceed or where I can get some guidance from.

RE: Fatigue Analysis for vessels under vacuum conditions.

Since external pressure design is based mainly on stability/buckling criteria, the fatigue design would be mostly a stress analysis with -15psi[if atmospheric].
