(OP)
im trying to do some rough accessary mean effective pressure calculations. i have found a couple of models in Fergusons book 'internal combustion engines'. however these both include oil pump, water pump and noncharging alternator friction.  the engine im doing calculations on is air cooled with a belt driven fan.

as these are fairly rough calcs will the fan amep be similar to waterpump amep?

what would be even better are seperate models for each amep contributor, does anyone know where i could get some of these?
