In a drawing i have two view of diff scale size.
on creating the chain dimensions on both the view the start of dimension extension lines in view with larger scale looks fine .but in view with smaller scale the start of dimension extension lines overlaps within the model view. if i increase gap in documents settings the start of dimension extension lines in view with smaller scale looks fine but view with larger scale the the start of dimension extension lines lies fars from the view . is there any possiblities of having the gap distance of extension line with rescpect to drawinv view scale ?.

Sounds like to me if the ext line overlaps the model, you dimensioned the other side of the geometry of where the dim will go. Try selecting the geometry closest to where the dim where go. Hope I make sense.
