View Label Fonts

(OP)
I am currently using v18.0.5.2. On our drawings we use blockfont but on all view labels ie A-A and section lines we use Hel-bold-con.  When creating views with labels it automatically uses the current font setting of block font and we are constantly having to change the font in the text editor.  Isn't there some setting in the ug_english.def file that can control this.  Seems to me that in earlier versions before v17 this could be controlled in a drafting default file.  Anybody have any ideas out there?

RE: View Label Fonts

I have added the font codes to these:
Drafting_detailVwLabelViewLabelPrefix:       "DETAIL"
Drafting_sectionVwLabelViewLabelPrefix:      "<F6>SECTION"
Drafting_otherVwLabelViewLabelPrefix:        "<F6>VIEW"

Of course the 6 will depend on what number the font is that you want to replace blockfont with.

I did this a while ago, V14 or V16, to see what would happen and it worked. I haven't tried it in V18.

RE: View Label Fonts

Use the Annotation preferences lettering tab dialog box to pick all view labels and then change the font and apply changes to all of them at once instead of one by one.
