2002 Batch Plot

2002 Batch Plot

2002 Batch Plot

(OP)
Hi all,

In AutoCAD 2002, I set up a bunch of drawings with plot set ups and saved them. When I call the drawings up, they show OK as far as the plot set ups being retained.

When I try to batch plot, I go through the list and make sure the paper size and printer/plotter is correct. Everything seems OK.

When I do the batch plot they all print 8 1/2 x 11.

Any ideas on what I'm missing?

Thanks,

Haggis

RE: 2002 Batch Plot

I had a similar problem, I did a page setup and found that if I didn't give the page setup a name it would revert to "default" which would then print to the printers default settings. What I did was to save a blank drawing for A3 and A4 with named page setups that I needed, I then load these as my page setups in batch plot utility.

pch1,

Thanks for the reply but I am saving named page set ups and making sure I pick them when I go to batch plot but it still reverts to "default".

I'll keep trying but any further suggestions/ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Haggis

RE: 2002 Batch Plot

Couldn't it be that here is something in your batchplotprogram that causes the problem. maybe a setting that is wrng which you have overlooked. i you batchplot for over a year ow and it doesn't causes problem to me. (i have plot over a hundred drawings with the tool.

i think it has to be some setting in the program hmself.
