Does anyone have a functional relatipnship for isothermal compressibility factor and volume expansitivity factor in terms of pressure and temperature respectively. Otherwise that for the ratio of the two values. Is there such a relation which may be modified to apply to all compounds?

My thinking for liquids. Upon looking at tables as that in the CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics, one can see that water and mercury are two fluids showing uncommon properties which don't enable advancing an all-encompassing formula on the temperature dependence of the cubic thermal expansion (1/K), or the isothermal compressibilities (1/Pa), or the ratios (Pa/K) of these coefficients. Putting those exceptions aside, there may be some suitable correlations for hydrocarbons, and for other chemical species.
