I guess that english is not your prefered language, as you question makes no sense at all in english.

Can you try to get a good technical translation into english so we can understand your question.

Maybe you mean degreeing the cam, which is a process of adjusting the cam timeing relative to crank position. If used to advantage, adjustments to cam timeing can move the power curve around. This works well with single cam engines, and even better on twin cams, and better still if it happens automatically as the engine rpm and load changes..
