How does one design a gerotor with Solidworks?

I have one in Autocad and tried to copy and paste it into a sketch, but Solidworks will not accept it. It was generated from a program so possibly it does not contain valid lines or curves.

Also, what do you use to design gear teeth? I have a program that was written for Autocad so the same problem might occur.

Thanks

RE: Gerotor

Try to import the sketch through the standard DWG/DXF Import. File -> Open -> In the Files type list box select the DWG or DXF and follow the import wizard options. (Maybe better should be to use the DXF format).
