Hi,
Is there any possible way to get or open SE 15 Drawings (.dft) into SE 14 without loosing its parameters.

Thanks

RE: SE15 to SE14

No.  SE, like other CAD packages, is not reverse compatible.  All you can do is what you don't want, translate the v15 model into a neutral format, such as parasolid, and open it up it v14 to get a featureless solid.

Thanks Scott,

How about the drawing?.
Is there any way to save only the drawing to another format.
so that I can open it in SE 14.

Thank you once again.

RE: SE15 to SE14

geo12,

You can save the draft file as dwg, dxf or igs format, you’ll only get a 2D file and loose all its 3D features.
I’d prefer swertel's solution.
You can import the model as a single body feature or use Feature Recognition on the body feature to generate a feature tree which can be further edited.
Please read the online help on Feature Recognition for further details. There are also some helpful tutorials.
