Hi,
I need to know the formula for calculating deflection of corrugated (concentrically) diaphragms under application of pressure. If I am not mistaken, this formula is obtained by modifying the deflection formula for flat diaphragms, wherein the effect of corrugation is taken care by introducing a 'reduction coefficient Kred'.
Could anyone help me on this please.

It comes from the theory of large deformations and is non linear.
Here is the formula:
8(w0/h)[2/3/(1-ν2)+(f/h)2]+6(w0/h)3/7=q(a/h)4/E
It is valid for more than 5 corrugations with sinusoidal shape.
w0=center deflection
h=thickness
f=(half)wave amplitude of corrugations
q=pressure
ν=Poisson's ratio
a=plate radius
E=elastic modulus
