Need replacement for 2N6449 - TIS131 - 2N5058

Need replacement for 2N6449 - TIS131 - 2N5058

(OP)
I am trying to construct "solid-state tubes" for my old Drake ham radio equipment from an article in a ham radio magazine - QST 4/77. It's ironic since the original conversions were done because vacuum tubes were becoming hard to find and now the transistors that were used to build the replacements are now even harder to find than the vacuum tubes!!!

I can't find sources or common substitutions for the 2N6449 or the TIS 131 or 2N5058 as well.

Any help is greatly appreciated - TIA  Mike WA3WOM
